Headers

Headers are one of the most horsepower producing parts of your engine. The design, diameter and length play a huge roll in the power band affect the header has on the engine.

With 15+ years of building, designing and fabricating headers from 3 cylinder engines to V10s, we can offer custom built headers to any vehicle with any engine combo.

One of the key ingrediants in exhaust header technology is the piping diameter, runner length and the merge collector.

Intercooler piping

Intercooler piping plays a big part in turbocharging, The diameter and length play a big roll in horsepower and spool response time. Here at LHT we build all of our intercooler piping from aluminum for it's weight savings and heat exchanging quailities plus it can be polished, powder coated or painted without the rust issue. All our piping is bead rolled to prevent pipes from popping off and with the use of high quailty 3-4 ply silicone connectors and heavy duty stainless clamps we have tested our kits to 100 psi (Test on a high boost Rally car)

We can offer aluminum intercooler piping to fit any car/engine combo and tailor it to your desired finish, Polished, satin, powder coated or painted to match other components and fit 100%.

Intakes

Intakes are another component that is over looked but is one of the most important parts of the engine, it's job is not only to channel cool air into the engine but to filter anything from the air that shouldn't enter the engine. Many cheap knock off intakes have found there way onto the market and use cheap filters, coated piping that flakes apart on the inside and cheap connectors that fall apart. With an LHT Custom intake we can build it to to fit the car and engine needs, we use Geniune K+N Filters, aluminum piping built to the correct diameter and High Quaility silicone connectors.

We also offer custom air boxes built from Carbon Fiber or aluminum to help shield the surrounding hot air and to accent the engine bay.
