LHT Intercooler Piping
We build all intercooler piping from mandrel bent aluminum, this is not only light but acts as but helps dissipate heat like the intercooler it’s self. We build all out intercooler piping to the car so it fits perfect with no rubbing and forcing the bumper to have massive parts cut out. We make the pie fit the car, not cut the car to fit the pipe. We build the pipe based on power output of the car to ensure the best possible spool up from your turbo. For instance, on the LHT400 kit we use 2.25” piping from the intercooler to the turbo (Most cases in one piece) and intercooler to the throttle body in 2.5”. We have found this is be and very efficient to 500whp and maintain a good spool up. All LHT Intercooler piping is bead rolled on the ends and the use of 3-ply silicone connector and heavy-duty stainless clamps has been tested to 100 psi. This was tested with an air compressor. Part of the intercooler piping come the intake to the turbo, this has to be at least the size of the turbo and a filter is a must. With the turbo running at high RPM even small particles in the air and dust can damage the turbine wheel. A good quality filter will not hinder horsepower, we use K+N filters even on or 600whp+ builds. The intercooler piping can be satin, polished or powder coated to suit.

LHT Intake Piping
LHT builds custom intakes from 2.5" -5" depending on aplication.
All turbos need some sort of air cleaner. All LHT Turbo kits use full intake pipes with K&N filters routed furthest away from engine heat.
We can also built custom air boxes.

LHT Custom Exhaust
We custom build all our exhaust using either mandrel bent stainless steel or mandrel bend alluminum. Sizes range from 2.5”, 3” , 4” and 5” depending on horsepower. All our exhausts are built to the vehicle so there is no rubbing or rattling from bad fitment. All LHT Exhausts are TIG welded with no neck downs or inline baffles to restrict flow. We use Magnaflow mufflers as they are 100% straight through and have great muffling qualities. A loud exhaust not only gets old quick, but attracts too much attention; “Fast cars don’t have to be loud anymore”!!
The LHT “Stealth” exhaust uses stainless steel and a Magnaflow muffler but the muffler is ceramic coated flat black with a polished slash cut tip giving it a very OEM look. We can also use up to 2 inline resonators to quite the exhaust further. The tip has no reason to be larger than the actual exhaust diameter, any larger and it acts like a megaphone. On our 2.5” and 3” exhaust, we use a 3” slash cut tip which looks completely stock.
We can also build the exhaust using your muffler of choice.

LHT Manifolds and Down Pipes
LHT now offers our cast manifolds which have been made to provide plenty of room to fit a 3 inch downpipe while keeping A/C and also keeps the turbo close to the block for optimal fitment. LHT can build down pipes to go with our manifold or to fit your manifold and range in sizes from 2"- 4" in stainless steel. This can be polished, brushed or thermal coated black to suit. To go along with a downpipe we can also build a dump tube for the wastegate. This can either be vented to the atmosphere or re-circulated.
Like all of our piping we aim to build the very best quality and the best fitment.
We not only build fewer joints
to the pipes but always build second braces which prevents all the weight hanging from the flange off the turbo. This is another long term reliability issue we have seen in the past.
